I'm proud that Jacob was drafted in the first round and even better, to the defending champs, like Jason Maxiell with the Pistons. It is funny to see everyone congratulationing Evans on his championship ring already for this upcoming season! Ha!

I can't believe that he was the first drafted player since Lance. That seems like it was so long ago (I guess it was - 2010).

Hopefully Gary gets a real shot with Houston. Both are phenomenal embassadors to UC's basketball program.

Per @Rachel__Nichols of ESPN, Draymond had a hand in the Warriors drafting Jacob Evans, and that Myers was even planning to have Green in the draft room tonight.

Both are great articles on Jacob Evans.... I believe he will have a long NBA Career..... Hopefully Gary turns some heads, I can see him on Houston's roster in the future.
