The NBA brass announced yesterday that they have submitted a request to the NBA PLayers Association for the entry draft minimum age to change to 18. Weird timing considering the Zion Williamson injury but this was expected from the NBA. NBAPA is going to have to decide what they want to do here.
The weird thing here is that is not specify anything about grade level completed. It just says 18 years of age. In theory you could have guys leaving HS early to prepare for the draft here. I'm guessing this also involves the G-League entry age since they were already handling Bazley as an early entrant straight out of HS.
