ESPN has not updated its projections. Not sure why.

CBS has us in the Gasparilla Bowl vs. LA Tech. (seriously?)

We win 10 games, get ranked in the top 20, and get rewarded with that POS bowl game?

Totally agree. it's Garbage but to be honest that's what the AAC contract has negotiated for bowls. With a new ESPN TV contract in hand maybe we'll be able to negotitate some better contracts coming up in the future. CBS has a habit of down playing teams that is doesn't have Bowl TV agreements with so I think this is a terrible projection. Can't lose 2 going into Bowl Season though.

Latest Athletic update from yesterday has us in the Boca Raton Bowl against FAU. They must be assuming we're going to lose today.

Wow, hold me back... that sure would be an exciting match. NOT!

Rooting for Bearcats and Rainbows. I believe a win over Memphis will be enough to keep us ahead of App St, but need Boise to lose to be certain. Cotton Bowl is still the goal.

Oh and Eggs (aka University of Norwood) still sucks.

                  Go Bearcats!!!

Playing in a nothing bowl versus a team that just lost its coach (Kiffin to MS) would be a total loser.

We should find out which bowl we're headed to at 3:15 on Sunday per Justin WIlliams.

                        ESPN

Schlabach - Boca Raton Bowl vs. CMU
Bonagura - Birmingham Bowl vs. Florida St. - Gonna be awkward is Norvell coaches this game.

Athletic Mandel - Boca Raton Bowl vs. FAU - No coach for FAU in this one. Lane Kiffin's gone.

CBS Jerry Palm - Liberty Bowl vs. Iowa St.

Per Brett McMurphy, sources say UC headed to Birmingham to face BC.

Mcmurphy Has Navy in the Liberty. Which means we got jumped in the pecking order or declined playing in Memphis again.

Seven AAC teams playing in a Bowl game is good. As a conference, keep winning and the tv contracts, bowl affiliations, and even conference affiliations may change. While we are clearly a P5 conference, possibly better than PAC10 and ACC as a whole, the money, history, etcetera aren't in lace to get better bowl tie ins.
