We're not in this poll fortunately but it's always good for a laugh.

According to the CBS poll, we play 67, 5, 78, 65 out of conference, then 17, 37, 102, 114, 125, 60, 54, and 39 in conference. With UC at 34, we only play two teams ranked higher, with one of them at home. I think Houston and Memphis are also under-rated like UC. It should be an interesting season. Only 3 bad teams (all three in conference) and one really good team, so this is decently good scheduling with very winnable games against respectable competition.

Not sure this one really counts but CBS has ranked the entire 130 teams in FBS.

The problem with no where to go but up is you can only go up so far even if you win the actual games the voters thought you should lose. They hold back thinking the winning is attributed to luck and waiting fir said team to lose so the voter can be priven right. With UckLa and Central Ohio school at Columbus early in our season, winning early is important to teams like UC. Let's prove the experts wrong, yet again.

The USA Today coaches poll is voted on by a "board" of voters. There are 31 head coaches of G5 schools that are voting on this of the 65 total coaches voting. I'm honestly surprised that there isn't a little more sway toward the G5 to boost them up and take power away from the P5. But, they probably don't pay much attention and just have someone vote for them (some young intern usually voting for teams they hear about on ESPN). FYI, CLF is not one of the voters this year.
