Darnell has opted to step away from football due to injuries according to his Twitter account. Iâm assuming this will qualify as medical hardship and heâll remain on academic scholarship. Thatâs usually how it works.
That's sad to hear. Must be significant for him to walk away. Not an easy thing for a young guy like that. Perhaps he can heal up and come back some day.
