Scruggs, formerly of St. X HS and holding 2 SB rings has signed on as director of player development for the Bearcats. This has been in the works awhile and finally officially announced today.
This is the position vacated earlier this year by Doug Rosfeld, who returned to Moeller HS as the Head Coach there.
