Nice... Finished regular season 25-6 last year, upset in the #2 vs. #7 matchup in the Southern Conference Tournament. #81 in KenPom.

Leading scorer was a senior, one role player transferred to Rice. But perhaps everyone else will be back.

Well, Louisville just shut down their voluntary workouts due to positive tests.

ESPN is supposedly trying to get its events into a bubble (literally where the NBA is bubbling), which would include the NIT Season Tip-Off. Obviously, Arizona would be in limbo but I had seen tweets (can't confirm anything with facts) that maybe the Pac-12 might take a step back from its prior stance of no sports before Jan 1, 2021.

                  Rothstein:

Sources: Orlando will host the following eight early season events during the first few weeks of the college basketball season.
                  Champions Classic
                  Jimmy V Classic
                  Wooden Legacy
                  Preseason NIT
                  Orlando Invitational
                  Charleston Classic
                  Myrtle Beach Invitational

St. John’s has opted out of the preseason NIT according to Rothstein. Not sure why at this point.

Funny video from Chris Mack (yeah, I guess I just complimented him) regarding UK/UL game but with some relevancy--and a brief mention of--UC game https://twitter.com/CoachChrisMack/s...65313753133058

UC - XU up in the air... Steele has publicly commented to the Enquirer and now Jon Rothstein. UC has been mum, publicly. Supposedly they aren't close to figuring things out https://collegehoopstoday.com/index....town-shootout/

Kinda figured this might happen with the conferences going to longer in conferences schedules. That game is always in the middle of the conference season it seems like.

In other scheduling notes, no one seems to have much of an idea if half of these holiday invitational tourneys are getting played in Orlando or not. The Cayman's Classic has been canceled. The Battle 4 Atlantis has been moved to South Dakota and renamed after Sioux Falls. A number of the tournaments have lost teams like the Preseason NIT did. Rothstein is saying there might be as many as five non conference games played for some teams in Orlando in that bubble if we go down there at all.

If XU doesn't play us this year, they better agree to come here next year. If not cancel the freaking series!

It sounds like maybe UC isn't going to Orlando (at least not to play Texas Tech + whomever). Anyone have any further insight?
