Jarron was solid from the line in the last 10mins.... Best road win of the year...

How many times have we said in the past, “sometimes you just need to be able to outscore the other team”.

12/13 from the line. Pretty rare to beat a team on their own floor who shot 65% from 3. That said, games in Philly are never normal. Hopefully JC and Jaevin stay hot. 5 guys in double figures and 89 points in regulation. Wow. How do you win on the road, Tre and Jaevin score.

I feel like this was Jarron's best game of the year and hopefully, indication of things to come. Solid work from the workhorse. Also, Trevon showed up when it mattered down the stretch. Good to see.

Solid road win. This team is an enigma. Great night for Vogt as well.

JC didn't force it. He stayed (mostly) patient and when the game opened up in his favor he took advantage. Moving forward, if he can continue to let the game come to him, we are going to be tough. Stay tuned.

The entire dynamic of this game changed when we went to the zone defense. Its not that we were not defending but temple were nailing shots while in the flow of the game. 65% 3 pt shooting is absurd. But when we forced them to shoot the three that percentage dropped. Kudos for the game adjustments. Kudos to to both jc's as well. But this was a solid team effort . everyone did what was expected of them. Still need to cherish the ball more though. Go cats

Typical - we play the worst shooting team in the league on the road and they shoot lights out.
Atypical - we win the game.
                    Phenomenal win.

It was amazing the difference in how the two games were called. Some of the calls helped us tonight however. Temple probably has a beef with the officiating this time. Good win on the road.

I listened to the game on the radio. Terry said Temple was hitting desperation shots they had no business hitting - 80% from the three in the first half. They could not keep it up.

Jaevin was shooting with great confidence. He was the difference. Too often he looks like a midmajor player. In the post game Coach Brennan said he had a sub at the scorers table for him. He hit a three that sent the sub back to the bench. That’s how fragile these games are. Jaevin comes out, we prolly lose.

I didn't have an issue with the officiating last night, for once. I thought it was a pretty cleanly called game. The only exception was the one out of bounds call they blew, but no official could see who it went out on, just who they saw touch it last.

Temple hit shots with a second left that they had to throw up there. This was an enigma game and I think they had the lucky horse shoes in their pockets. We kept playing and picked up the effort at the end of the game to seal it. Thank God for the free throw shooting of Cumberland at the end, otherwise it could have been a loss.
