Offered by UC the other day https://twitter.com/EastRockHoops/st...67684656295939 (as updated in the thread title by Lobot)

    #94 on 247 (#65 composite) for 2022. Listed as 6'8 210 on 247.

Looks like his hometown is under an hour from UVA, so imagine that could be a school to beat.

$ article and cannot read, but the headline mentions six schools prioritizing him and the following six appear in the URL: Indiana, LSU, Iowa, NC State, Memphis and Cincinnati

Essentially, the article was a compilation of Nickell’s comments re the schools hottest on him. He had only positives to say of each. Tge biggest positive he sees in UC is tge genuineness of the staff, calling them good people, with the player’s best interests in mind.

Nickell will narrow his choices over the summer & make a decision before his HS season starts.

“I would say the ones recruiting me the hardest would probably be Iowa, Virginia Tech, NC State and Cincinnati right now."

          About UC:
“Similar to the other teams, they run a free-flowing offense and play aggressively on both ends. They have been very clear saying I would be their primary scorer and how important I would be to them. They are always checking in on me, really solid people. I talk a lot with (assistant) coach (Jayson) Gee and coach (John) Brannen.”

At some point we got to recruit someone taller than 6 6.

Thinking much the same but just happy its not another 6'2" guy. We seem to really be heavy on the guards.
