I didn't miss it so much I as I forgot to post it. Worked out well all things considered. Friday was his last day at UC and he got nailed for what sounds like a terrible DUI citation in Indiana that following weekend. He posted an apology and stated that he was under the limit but accidentally turned down a one way street and got caught. Oh well as of last week he's not our problem.

I think that's probably a misunderstanding of the events that occurred but if someone was ticked at him for leaving I can understand why.Brent Wyrick

To my knowledge he has not been let go at CMU. This could be a lot of things. Pay raise, closer to home and family. I've been following him for quite sometime on Twitter and he has not tipped anything about this from his end. CMU is currently recruiting some of our local offers right now. Could be as simple as a recruiting move by Fickell.Brent Wyrick

Late notice (I just found out myself), but if you want to hear Coach Fickell speak, he'll be at the UC Faithful "Luncheon" today at Noon. "Luncheon" because they'll have no food today but you're, I assume just today, allowed to bring your own. It appears they've changed their time also; it does start at Noon instead of 11:30 AM.
This all takes place in the Lindner Center in the 2nd floor football meeting room. The UCF has a fee of $3 for just attending.
