Yes - Mick Cronin deserves 3 full years (2008-9-10) with 100% his own recruits before we can fairly judge him.

UC will play in postseason next year. Perhaps NIT but postseason game(s).

Here's another example of 3rd Year With 100% His Own Recruits from UC's past. That UC coach signed the Bearcat recruiting classes of 1972-73-74 that made up the roster in 1975. It was his 3rd year.

He left UC for reason(s) other than recruiting or W-L record. But the 3 Year test seems fair to me.
