I disagree. No offense to Hall and Hrycaniuk, but these guys are not LeBron James, OJ Mayo or Greg Oden such that UC would tout their signings as a marketing tactic. Point me to one advertisement or solicitation where either of these two players were featured as selling points. Most likely UC fans had never heard of either of them prior to them signing with UC. Further, the ramifications to UC for misleading its "customers" are great, expecially considering the damage done by Huggins' firing and the way Kennedy was treated, etc.
