Now that we get the whole story it seems very cut-and-dried to me. Unless there 
was some dispute as to whether his teammates were paid above living expenses I 
can't see how Mick could have had any hope with the appeal. If anything, we're 
lucky he still has one year of eligibility. Hope he sticks around.
