I did not notice a hook per se.  There was segment in the 2nd half where 
Crowell repeatedly kept falling down and getting caught behind screens and 
was not doing a good job fighting though them, then they called a moving 
screen.  Mick took him out afterwards and I thought they would talk to him 
about it, but he went and sat down so it must have been a "normal" 
substitution.  I would have liked to have seen someone go up to talk to him 
about fighting through the screens better, but perhaps they will do that 
over films later.  I'm just used to instant coaching I suppose.  I can't 
imagine Kennedy not grabbing Crowell and talking to him about it. :)
