Re: USA Today (Sagarin) Projects Big East For 2007

I'd be curious to know how good his preseason projections have been, 
historically. Are these just his opinions or is he using some sort of 
formula like the in-season rankings? If so, wouldn't he have to be basing 
it on previous years' results?
