Some have wondered if UC playing a CUSA-based schedule makes the Bearcats' #11 (best) record this decade meaningful. Let's review some facts (below).

2000 - RPI #1 and SOS #5
2001 - RPI #31 and SOS #63 (NOTE that this UC team had more NCAA success than the others)
2002 - RPI #3 and SOS #24
2003 - RPI #29 and SOS #9
2004 - RPI #11 and SOS #23
2005 - RPI #23 and SOS #53
2006 - RPI #40 and SOS #5

Average RPI #20 and SOS #26
