So while I believe that 90% of the blame for this and similar eligibility
situations falls on the inept NCAA, I also feel that the recent frequency of
such situations @ UC suggests some bit of mishandling on UC's part.  Is
someone not doing their homework here to make sure these kids are eligible?

Very frustrating...
