Mick made mention this morning that Adam's case was in appeal which is a
very bad sign and Hernol's case "would take and hour to explain" which
didn't sound good either.
I'd write them both off for at minimum half the season and most likely all
season. VERY VERY disappointing. In my opinion those two are the
difference between a good and bad season. Another season of 6'6"/6'7" power
forwards and centers is such a major disappointment.

Subject: [UC Basketball] Hall and Adam H.
Does anyone know what the options are if the NCAA rules against Hall and
Adam H.? Presumably they would lose at least a year of eligibilty. Could
they practice with the team and be eligible next year? Any precedents for
this? The only one I can think of was that Russian center Jim O'Brien gave
$1000 to.
Trying not to be pessimistic, but you've got to think if it was going in
our favor it would have been cleared up by now.
