I don't know if a thread like this has ever been done, as I am new to the board as of last year. But I think that it would be great to see some of the collections that the Bearcat faithful have accumulated over the years and maybe even trade some items with each other if they have multiple. I took pictures of my collection last night and will be uploading them sometime this week. But as for now here is a rundown of some of the items I have been fortunate enough to acquire since I began bleeding Cincinnati red and black.
- 1992 final 4 program, button, t-shirt and shorts, and season in review video "Back to the Top"
- 1993 Tournament guide signed by most of the team and postseason guide
-Fortson,Hicks,Logan,Levett/White,Field,Maxiell,Ruben,Stokes,Muhammed, Satterfield jerseys
- Media guides from 91-92 till 2005-2006
-1963 Sports Ilustrated
-1961 Oscar Roberston Time magazine
-Team card sets from 92-93 and 93-94
-Mutliple 8x10's and 11x14's
-Autographed ball and poster from this years team
-Auto'd ball from those at the Shining Stars event
-1996-97 signed paper from the Awards banquet by whole team
-2005-06 signed poster
-03-04 signed floorboard by team
-Multiple games on dvd -99 tournament, 97 Arizona-UC game, 92 Final 4 game
As wel las many news paper clippings that have been framed, the pictures will speak more of the time and effort I have put into my Bearcats.
I just thought this would be kinda of a neat thing so that we can all share how much we love UC.
Also if anyone has any tapes of old games I would be more than willing to trade some copies. I specifically am looking for the Duke UC Great Alaska shootout. But I will post pictures and I am sorry for the long post.
