My neighbor also has Direct TV and he couldn't get it, so it must be part of
the Premium package only. Once TW figures out they are losing subscribers to
Satellite TV because of College sports they will have to carry ESPNU and
CSTV. In my opinion Satellite blows cable away, the same way XM does to AM/FM
radio.
