It is an extra thru DirecTV. I think its a part of a sports package for
$12.95/month. Otherwise you have to spend around $99/mo in the Supreme XL
package.

Interesting, so it is NOT part of the basic package for Dish? What about
DirectTV, is it part of the basic package there? That kind of points out
that ESPN is being deceptive in their strong-arming. If they are insisting
that TW carry it on the Basic lineup, but let others carry it on additional
packages...
