Well, the first preseason match is finished, easy win,
84-58 against a div 2 team
Bare in mind the first training was on thursday. Below some links of pics
of
Eric (last year we played in white , first color, or red but now it was in
black)
Eric didn't had an easy match, it looked like he had difficulties with the
intensity of the game and the defence on him. Granted, he didn't played on
his spot, he played at the center position. Weird thing from the coach, I
think the coach wanted to try something for in case we would get in trouble
with injuries during the season. Our 2 centers played together when they
were on the court, one as a PF. He actulay did a pretty good job. Almost al
players got something of 18 minutes, so did Eric. The team is pretty strong
so Eric has the luxery that not all the weight is on him. He made 8 point, 2
blocks, 4 def rebounds. Normaly the team would play next tuesday against an
NCAA all star team but because of the terrorist threats on airplanes the
players weren't released by their teams. We will play against the New York
College Stars, a team of NCAA div 1 players from the state of New York.
