Well said, Keith. I also think that Thomas is bringing in some good
employees to surround himself, namely Mike Waddell (I met him a few
weeks back). He has a *REAL* plan to increase football attendance, not
to mention continue to build on the basketball tradition at UC.I
walked away very impressed.

To steal a line from Office Space: he is a straight shooter with upper
management written all over him.
