According to the Cincinnati Enquirer one of the nation's top transfers, 6-7 240-pound Mike Williams former Texas Longhorn has decided to become a Cincinnati Bearcat.

"Coach Cronin and I have known each other for a while," Williams told the Cincinnati Enquirer. "He's a great prerson and a great coach. I feel real comfortable with him."

Williams averaged 2.3 points and 3.1 boards for Texas last season, had a high of 9 points and 7 rebounds versus West Virginia in the NCAA tournament.

The former McDonald's All-American will have two years of eligibility at Cincinnati. Look for him to have an immediate impact once he's able to hit the hardwood for the Bearcats in the 2007-8 season.
