5/3 arena

Excuse me if this doesn't belong on the forum, but it is the basketball
arena and it is slow right now so I thought I would throw it out there.

 

I must be out of the loop, but what is being said about 5/3 arena.  I
saw the poll on Enquirer.com and I didn't know what the feasible
thoughts were.  I know a few years ago there was talk about tearing down
the concrete block known as the EPA building, but I haven't heard much
since.  Obviously there is something going around due to the enquirer,
but I didn't know if anyone had any inside information or thoughts on
what is feasible or realistic.
