Mike, I am so happy for you, sherwin, and Alex, this was GREAT Idea, and a
great way to raise money, it's really nice of Bob to come and do this.

I know the bashers will blame it all on Bob, but you guys are doing great
stuff at Shining Star and I'm VERY happy to see that you were able to get
such a great headliner.

I hope the bashers don't stay away and they support the kids you all do such
great work with.

To all others, I've been part of this event in the past and it's a great
one! A lot of the old players show up and with Coach Huggins there I bet
even MORE turn out to play... It's a don't miss, They get pretty serious
too! Let's hope there are some decent officials this year! ;)

The Classic Shootout, in its 5th year, brings together the great players of
the past from both the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University. Coach
Bob Huggins will be coaching many of his former players in what promises to
be the most competitive Shootout to date.
Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets and online at
www.ticketmaster.com. Adults $10/ Children (under 16) $6


Shining Star Sports, led by former Musketeer Sherwin Anderson and former
Bearcat Alex Meacham, teaches young athletes how to achieve their goals and
ambitions, using the sport of basketball.

Through sports, the concepts of competition, teamwork, communication and
dedication can help kids face today's challenges both on and off the court.
Shining Star Sports has helped over 300 student-athletes in the Greater
Cincinnati area since its inception in 1999.
