Possible New Recruit??

According to Rosecran's blog, somebody posted the following:

hey trent, do you know anything about Marcus Vinicius (the SF from Brazil), I keep hearing Mick has this guy locked up, would be a great pick-up considering this guy is already a late-early 2nd draft pick. I also hear that we didn't offer Waithe because of his guy.

Has anybody heard of Marcus, and if so, is there any validity to this story??
