I see your point. I just have a different viw, that's all. We agree on this - AK will continue to be an excellent recruiter.
But Matta has a strong track record at Butler (beat Louisville in NCAA first round game) and Xavier (Elite 8 appearance a couple years ago). Doing well at Ohio State now.
And so does Calipari. His UMass teams were among the best of the 1990's. Final Four in 1996. Former NBA coach. The UMass teams had plenty of good players, not just Marcus Camby. John Calipari had a strong reputation as a recruiter way back in the 1990's.

I see very little chance (none really) that Mayo or Walker will attend UC.
