I defer to my elder Randy(see this whole thread) on this one... Not to
mention my own opinion, Dan Hoard is a Homer, in the most positive sense. 

I don't think any of us meant he was a "homer" in a negative sense.  And he
does get excited both ways, but he's a homer.

Dan, I would have to disagree with you, Dan Hoard doesn't make many mistakes
and he is far from a homer.  If you ever listen to his play by play, he gets
excited no matter which team hits a big 3 pointer.  Not saying I'm a huge
fan but I never seen him as being a homer.  If you want to listen to
homer's, listen to a Xavier, Kentucky broadcasts.  I'm not a huge fan but I
think Dan Hoard did a good job no matter what sport he broadcasts.
