You're assuming they're staying.  Looking forward at the situation, if I were Downey and I've been identified as having a lot of talent, what difference does it make to lose 2 or 3 years at UC or lose one and transfer to say Louisville who will be looking for a PG with Dean graduating.  McGowan Stays, If I were Downey, I go...Tilford can't crack the lineup here, so who knows.
