I agree that he may not be the best choice, but you cannot deny that this guy is going to get serious consideration for the job based on his relationship with Thomas and his teams success this year. Also, I did not mean to infer that Lebron James would be literally involved in recruitment, but that Dambrot would use his past relationship of developing Lebron as a player to help him in recruiting. Sort of like "name dropping". Young athletes may be impressed by playing for "the man who coached Lebron".
