Well, it depends on the interpretation.

In the eyes of the NCAA seeding comm., we are 10-2 since they will 
completely discount the game against a Div. II opponent.  But our actual 
record includes all games so we are 11-2.

In regards to the tourney, a team is able to play in 2 tourneys like this 
every 4 years, and have all of the games count only as 1 game toward the 
maximum # of games allowable each year.  All of these games count towards 
the team record, however.
