why would she play it up? That wouldn't benefit her or her vision at all?

I am not a Zimpher fan, but to be fair, Carol Williams played the

I've got you by a year, John and I was inflamed when she and Carol Williams

of testosterone when they screwed up.

Hey,Don......you expressed exactly how I feel. I'm at the
point where I really don't care. I was getting a little bit
over it and then I listened to Zimph's interview on CH. 9
the other night and she said something to the effect that
we all need to grow up a little.(If someone has an accurate
transcript of her comment, please reply). Her arrogant ass
attitude and things she said, including her denial that Huggs
was fired just set me off again. It's at the point that I
didn't even realize we were playing Dayton the other night
until I watched the 11:00 news and heard UC lost That
would never have happened in the past. As far as the
Memphis game goes, I feel in my heart that Calipari called
off the dogs. The score could have been a lot worse. I'm
sure I'll take a little flak on this, but their 2 best players
didn't play and we were basically whipped by their Frosh.
I don't want them to lose and I don't root against them
but I'm not upset if they lose. I've become indifferent to
whether they win or lose and that is the very worst thing
that can happen to a program. But it is happening to the
Bearcats program. It happened to the Bengals. They
became the joke of the NFL, lack of attendance, games
rarely on TV(blackouts). It took over a decade to come
back to prominence
Now, we have the media, DICKerty and others trying to
shame the fans, saying we are hurting the team. Even
Calipari is getting into the act, urging UC fans to get over it and
time to move on.
He should be smart enough to keep his mouth shut. The
fans didn't bring this problem to UC. Zimph, with her
all-knowing wisdom, decided along with her board of stooges
that UC needed to clean house. The fan-base was never
really considered. I guess they figured we would just take
our lumps and jump back on the bandwagon and her actions
would be totally vindicated. It's not quite that simple. What
we have now at UC is a president who is utterly without class
and a board with kneepads. I'm 62 and a lifelong Bearcat fan.
I wonder if I'll be around when this ??? leadership??? is deposed.

After Nancy fired Huggins I was irate. I wanted her and everything UC to go
up in flames. I was even going to root against the team. But I've just been
a fan too long I guess. After over 50 years of being a fan I just couldn't
pull the trigger and root against them. So here I sit in no mans land with
no one to really root for either. I'm pretty sad. About the only pleasure
I've had out of all this was when Nancy got that clown's smile wiped off her
face when she got booed on fountain square. Don
