What Zimpher and the BOT fail to recognize is that their actions DAMAGED the 
athletic department.  To sit back with an arrogant attitude of indifference 
is insulting to supporters of the program.

This is the fundamental mistake they fail to recognize.  A simple statement 
of "we're sorry for the timing of this decision.  We realize it has done 
irreparable harm to the athletic department" would atone for some of this 
mess.
