I really, really hate to do this, since I've "questioned" one or two others
who have just done it -

BUT - and this is quite serious - I have just been advised by someone well
placed who has every ability to know the situation, that such is exactly
what it is with Mr. Goin, and that there is a strong likelihood he will not
even stay until the end of the year, but will move up his retirement to the
middle of October.

Even more so than with Huggins, who will return to coaching and no doubt be
highly successful, the guy who will have a bad taste in his mouth forever
from this will be Goin - and, ladies and gents, that just ain't fair!

Whatever she does as far as improvement of the University, even to the
hiring of outstanding people for the AD and Men's Basketball Coach, I will
never be able to forgive Mrs. Z for creating this situation.  She's lost me
forever!
