In addition to the odd list of priorities, I found this horrifying

"Perzigian said the committee will not restrict itself to those with experience as athletic directors, but those with experience as an athletic director or associate AD will have a competitive advantage.

The committee will consider both in-house and outside candidates.

"We don't want to look at a narrow set of credentials," Perzigian said."

If I was a betting man, I'd place money on the new AD not being a current AD or associate AD.  It will probably be someone that has run intramurals for an Ivy League school.
