He makes more than Huggins did.  And the booster that donated to make sure he stayed there a couple years back would likely make sure again, especially if it was UC.  I think he'd be ok, but there is virtually NO chance.

    BE programs.  Because we are in the BE, the media won't scrutize the new coach the way Huggins was.  One of the
    benefits of being in one of the elite conferences is that they don't portray you as a renegade program (see Duke, Michigan, OSU, Minn, KY, etc.).

He was roasted by the media including the play by play announcer of the day (remember Tim Moreland anyone?), basically because he didn't kiss their rear ends.  He actually had the program on an upswing when he was given the axe.  I don't believe he's affiliated with Wyler in any way anymore.
