Former Cincinnati Coach *Bob Huggins* has gone fishing, good buddy *Bret 
Bearup* said.

Bearup, the former UK player turned high-stakes financial adviser, said 
Huggins planned to take a year off and recharge his coaching batteries.

When the conversation turned to retirement, Huggins used to employ his 
signature dry humor and deadpan delivery and say he planned to live in 
Lexington once he hung up his whistle. Then he'd bug *Tubby Smith* for 
tickets to UK games.

Don't look for Huggins to retire. Whatever his well-publicized 
transgressions, Huggins won famously at Cincinnati. As *Larry Eustachy *and 
*Mike Price* proved, there's always a market for a winner and there can be 
profitable second acts in coaching. >>
