I was partially kidding but I was also making a point. For those like me who 
don't have other ties to the school (I didn't grow up anywhere near here) 
what reason would we have not to drift away? As I said Huggins and his 
coaching style is what brought me to love UC basketball, which then led me 
into following the football team also. If Huggins was leaving under his own 
decision I would continue to support the Bearcats as a team due out of 
respect for what the program has stood for and what Huggins has built. I 
would even continue my strong support if they were losing every year after 
he left because I understand just how difficult it is for a coach to produce 
a winner year in and year out. If Hugs is fired though I would feel more 
than a little hypocritical supporting an institution that treats it 
employees (Hugs, his assistants, the players) and its customers (alumni, 
fans, students) the way the current administration is. The people I feel the 
saddest for in all of this would be the players. If I'm Hicks, White, or 
Kirkland I would be extremely worried that this instability and possible 
head coaching change may cause so many problems that it ruins any chance I 
ever had of playing professionally.

 I sure hope you were kidding. If you're being serious about this one, I say 
to you "Why wait? See ya." And I probably wouldn't be alone >:-(

I can understand lightening support of UC because of Zimpher, but come ON!!!

Of course, it's possible you're kidding, hence this post's "if" :-)
