RE: According to the Enquirer Editorial Board . . .

I might agree, except that this "editorial" shows no support for
Huggins. The Enquirer, Zimpher and Cox (if not other UC trustees) are
clearly on the same page -- Huggins receives no credit for:
- Maxiell's development
- UC's entry into the Big East
- the academic improvement of the basketball program
- anything else of value

P.S. -- I quoted "editorial" above because I'm not sure that merely
echoing the obvious, the unanimous public support for Maxiell, qualifies
as an "opinion" worth noting.

AT least this is the type of thing that can set up the "middle ground"
necessary to extend Huggins contract.

. . . . Cincinnati lost to Louisville a few months ago in the
NCAA tournament.

If they cant get this simple fact straight, how can they have a
qualified opinion on Coach Huggins' situation ?

At least they got this part right -
"Maxiell, who is from Texas, came to Cincinnati to play for Bob
Huggins and the Bearcats."
