I saw it. Thats a 2 week old article. Here was all you needed to see.

Huggins' lawyer, Richard Katz, angrily denied Sanginiti's claims. "Bob
Huggins has never paid anybody for any basketball player at the University
of Cincinnati or anywhere else," he said. "That is the most outrageous
statement about Bob Huggins that we have ever heard."
