You are assuming I correctly relayed all parts of the original report. Even I would not make that assumption! :)
My goal was to relay the main part and that was James was declaring. As for anything else in my original post, I would take it with a grain of salt (of course we now know it is all true).

The breaking down of minutiae is what breaks down the truthfulness of
the report. If you disprove the source and details, the liklihood the
main point is flawed as well.

Maybe it was not the media guide and they said something else. Maybe they
are wrong. To clarify, let's focus on the James White issue which is
certainly what they said and forget the breaking down of the minutiae
surrounding it!

Can't speak to the veracity of James going pro, but the media guide is far,
far from being at the printer. It won't be at the printer until the fall.

Well, that is what they are reporting on 1360 Homer. A "source" states that
on Friday, UC called the folks doing the printing of the media guide for
next year and told them to stop since James was on the cover and had
indicated he is going pro.
Consider the source of course, but I thought I'd mention it. I'll withhold
judgment other than one simple statement. It is a mistake on James part if
this is true and I hope he does not do it. This year is his chance to step
up and shine and with a breakout season could be a lottery pick. Now he is
at best a second round pick with no guarantees. One year can make a world
of difference, please James, for your future, be smart!
