I went to http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ and you can upload a picture
and it will try to closely match the text to a font in it's database. I
then took the c'claw from the News Record article and made this:
http://josh.rexhausen.us/Cincinnati.gif
I realize the ends of the letters will probably be cut to match the C, but
I didn't have all day.

I always thought the font *was* supposed to match the C part of the c-paw,
and I hope it changes. Like the c-paw, I thought the font was "thin" and I
never cared for the letters of different height.
Maybe I'm just ready for something "fresh."

I don't think it would, I think the C-paw was always different than the
rest of the font. It's the C-paw not really a letter. So I imagine they
would just plug the C-claw(I like to call it that as well) in place of the
c-paw in the middle of the Cincinnati.

Don't you think that the Cincinnati font will change to match the C?

That looks substantially better than the T shirt version. I'd still like to
see it inside the variable letter length font that's been used to spell
Cincinnati.
