We've talked about this before and I agree.  I hope it never happens, but I 
think any new plan needs to take care of long term supporters as well as the 
recent big money folks.  The big money folks are only there as long as UC is 
successful, and when the down turn occurs, it will create a really bad 
budget situation during the downturn if folks like you and me have been 
previously priced out.  We'll have to see how it develops though.  Right now 
our endless speculation is meaningless. :)
