UC's post play

Is it just me or does it seem like Jihad is always a little late to
recognized opportunities to make passes into the post.  Watching the games I
see players flash open and it seems like Jihad misses the opportunity to
make the pass.  I think Max and Hicks work hard for position in the post and
Jihad needs to improve on getting them the Rock.
