RE: The next 3 games

Over the past 10 years XU has recruited good talent.  I am  hoping that with
the conference changes and the frequent coaching changes at XU that UC will
begin to distant themselves from X.  It used to be Miami and UD were
competive rivalaries, but those teams are not even close to UC now.  I hope
in 5 years the same can be said of X.

I think we often underestimate the talent X has. It's sending as many
players to the NBA as we do, probably more in recent yrs. I like some of its
individual talent on this yr's team, e.g, Burrell, Doellman, Thornton. On
the other hand, as someone has already said, X is only 9-8 & has a rookie
coach. We shoild smoke  'em this yr. Bill

Exactly.  We always dismiss Xavier as getting up for the game more so than
UC.  Why the heck can't UC get up for the game?

I guess living in Columbus I don't really care about Xavier as much. I
always felt like that game meant more to them than us.

I would love the Louisville and Charlotte game, but I will not be happy
if we lose to Xavier since we should not lose Charlotte or Xavier.

I agree about the importance of winning the conference title. But, I
am tired of UC losing to Xavier. For better or worse, they are UC's
biggest rival and I want to start beating them on a regular basis for
