But they do NOT have a true center, so rating them somewhere between 17-25 is probably accurate. "What could have been" is pointless speculation at this point, IMO.
I'm fairly certain Pilgrim didn't leave. He was asked to leave...

I don't think UC is overrated at all. Imagine if they only had a true
center, like if Whaley would have worked out. Then Max would be able to
open up and he wouldn't get double teamed down low or take on the
responsibility of taking on the other team's big man. UC would be top 5-10
team for sure with a true center. Even though UC is short and one of their
tallest players is on the wing, they are one of the top 5 teams in block
shots a game. My prediction: UC will upset Loserville. By the way, I think
Pilgrim would of had been one of the first people off the bench and probably
would have played more than Bright. Did he ever say why he left?
