The players: Hicks, Maxiell, Kirkland, White, Moore, and Muhammad all Jrs  
and Srs. Experience in their current position/roles is not the problem. This  
team has many problems two of which is the point guard position and no big post  
player. Neither of which is likely to improve. Its nice to have hope but this 
 team is really limited in how good it can become. Don
