Also be aware that the UD athletic complex is the most irratating parking lot in the world to get into and out of for either a football or basketball game. It sits right next to the I-75 exit and entrance ramps and traffic backs up on the highway.
Getting out is a mad scrample with cars going every which direction for a few exits.
One word describes the parking experience: Miserable!
Best plan: arrive way early and stay late.

Not much chance of finding a pro-UC bar up here in the Gem City. If
you go to a bar in the UD ghetto, you might take some shit for being a
UC fan but probably not much more than a little bit of verbal shots.
I've never had a problem down there with the fans. On Brown Street,
which is on the west side of UDs campus but on the east side of the
river (UD arena is on the west side of the river), you will find a lot
of bars/restaurants. There is a BW3's, some fast food places,
Flanigan's pub (I believe that is the name). Unfortunately you won't
be able to just walk to the arena from the UD ghetto, it would be a
pretty good hike. You pretty much need to drive over that way.
In terms of tickets, I'm not sure how hard it will be to find tickets.
Most UD fans are expecting this to be a big blowout (in UCs favor), so
you might be able to pick up someones extra tickets. They might even
had standing room tickets on sale, I'm not sure if any are left or not
though. I am personally planning on hitting up a sports bar in town to
watch the game, and hopefully keep my bragging rights again for this
year.
In terms of the game, I expect UD to try to get Max and Hicks in foul
trouble. Their inside players are terrible, and Hicks and Max will
tear them up while in the game. If they are able to get both of them
in foul trouble, UD might hang around a while and keep the game from
getting out of hand. If Hicks and Max play 30-35 minutes, UD could be
in BIG trouble. The Flyers are very young this year, without much
experience, and it has shown thus far this year. I expect UD to be
much better next year (some good inside guys coming in, from what I
understand) and to be a pretty good team in 2 years.
