I believe this is a case of Daddy is only hearing what he wants to hear.
Would you tell your dad you were drinking heavy before driving?

This just goes to prove that this happens at every university. I don't
know why the media and other teams fans get on us so bad. It really is a
shame that this is becoming so common place. I can understand drinking as
we all did that while in school but the drinking and driving is just
stupid. I wonder how many people actually have a DUI on their record?

Re: [UC Basketball] Buckeyes guard Sullinger charged with drunken driving

RayBob said it best yesterday on NCAABBS.com;

"Okay, let me see if I get this right. A 6-5, 200lbs, guy drinks just
two beers for the first time in his life, and blows a .099. Somebody
better rework all those little Blood Alcohol Content Cards they used
to hand out. According to Sullinger's father, they are obviously in
error.

According to an on line calculator, if he drank two beers in one hour,
his BAC would be .02. It takes six beers in one hour to register a
.09. Six beers in 2 hours would've put him at .07"

I find this line too funny:

His father, Satch Sullinger, said Monday that his son had two beers
with
friends who were not teammates.

"It was not in-season, he is not underage. He just made a real bad
mistake
the first time he had a couple beers," Satch Sullinger said. "It'll
probably
be the last time."
